Gibson Crutcher & Dunn Law Retreat, Colorado Springs, CO – “There wasn’t a dry eye in the house, including the crew.”
April 2014
2012 Bronze Medalist Dartanyon Crocket took the stage with Leroy Sutton and Lisa Fenn to inspire a room of 300 corporate attorneys from the law firm of Gibson, Dunn & Crutcher.  Down the road from the USA Judo training facility, at the Broadmoor in Colorado Springs, taking lawyers from around the country through this journey had a resounding effect. While poverty can derail a bright young man’s ambitions, love and family can heal any wound. This simple message through the eyes of people who are living proof, had the whole room grappling with strong emotion and energized in their commitment to pro bono work. In the words of one Gibson, Dunn employee, “there wasn’t a dry eye in the house, including the crew.”  Inspiration was what they sought and when Lisa was joined on stage by Dartanyon and Leroy, they more than delivered.

The retreat organizers were second to none.
